As to the person being a shareholder, well, aren't most executives/employess/contractors of GOIG "shareholders" ? The point is that the "article" isn't to be taken as if it were news, when it isn't.

I take him for an enthusiatic investor who wants to promote the company to draw in new investors. No one should take it for more nor less without EVIDENCE to the contrary. Neither should anyone take it as DD on GOIG.
