In my estimation, it doesn't really matter what court we go to or where the trial is held. The outcome is still the same and Daic has the same options: settle and get a large return or don't settle and get a lesser return. He now has to decide, is Calypso going to get a deal with Tmob? He knows the game is over if this happens. He needs to settle the case now and keep the 2008 agreement alive to reap the most benefit. If he waits and Tmob makes a deal with Calypso, Calypso then doesn't care what the outcome of the case is. Calypso gets out for $110 million. Great move Markle getting the case extended.
