xkem, i exited yesterday due to the uncertainty of the split. but there is still potential for this to maintain value across the split.

splits usually take a week to settle, during which pre-split holders can't sell. so trading will mostly be MM inventory between Nov 16th split and Nov 19th shareholder mtg.

if RIGH PR'd good news near the split, then detailed that news at the mtg, they could paint a rosy future that induced post-split buying, avoiding the normal post-split crash.

a company might do this if they planned to uplist sometime soon and needed the RS to raise the price to the dollar range for listing regs.

of course, it could also just be a normal pink RS allowing massive dilution into whatever hype is woven at the shareholder mtg.

the latter seems more likely in the pinks, thus my exit.

but it's disingenuous to preach doom and gloom as fact before it happens.
