Marc, well think about this, what if UC does own lets say 90% or more of the certs. Now what if the SEC does not want to be blamed but now are in a position to where it all has to come out and can no longer hide behind the power of the all mighty dollar while little companies continue dropping from the "quote" pulbic eye. Don't get me wrong many companies are scam, but many are also very good with a solid business plan and model but depend on going public to fund while growing. Many never make it that should have and a good portion of the time when they do make it they got outside financing!
I think if people would take the time and go back about 18 months and add up all the shares traded they may get a shock at the volume! In other words do I feel a short in CMKX? Yes I do and a big one.
I don't like to see any pinksheet or any other company with a high A/S or O/S, heck a couple billion shares is rediculous.
No there is more to this company and IMO it will be coming out soon. If CMKX truly knows at this point the Naked short, don't give more hints like in the PR, politely sticking it to the SEC like many say, but flat out SAY, LOOK YOU ARE SCREWED WE CAN AND WE QUOTE WE CAN PROVE THE SHORT AT THIS TIME! How simple is that. My biggest complaint at this time is if you got it SHOW it and stop the messing around!
Do I feel the company should tell all at this critical time of the game? and I say again! if they have it! Hell yeah they need to be flooding pr's out especially valuation, O/S, and most importantly FLOAT!!!!!!!!!!. Tell who all is involved, how many companies, show their power, Ram it up shorties ass and the SEC who have proven they do "not" protect the little guy like they say they do!!!! Just like the what 200 hundred lawsuits from the little companies that have been shorted to nothing. Oh and what happened to the 5 trillion $$$$$$ lawsuit against the SEC. hmmmmmm
The big guy always wins or should I say until now!!!! CMKX if you truly have the goods stop the screwing around hit em with every gun you have!!!
I have stated to many I am tired of the wait and do or die, I win or lose here and will be very glad when this is over!
Time for the little guy to stick up for himself and once again I salute Dave Patch and team for their relentless search for justice for the little guy! Rest assured the SEC could care less and have proven that year after year.
