Mach1 - Great post

Thanks,

argee if they have the GOODS lets have them now. They need to STOMP SHORTY into the ground if we have a huge short, which I also believe we do. I feel much better after reading your post.

I just also realized that just maybe the Company Laywers are letting this come to a head on purpose here. They may not trade after the 17th for awhile until they give the SEC what they want.

In the meantime shorty will be exposed and will be reckoned with. But what ever ammunition the company has in its barrel needs to be released. The shareholders need to be kept in the dark no longer. Lets see what you got UC and the time is now!

Thanks again

Mach, good post. Quoting from your post:

"CMKX if you truly have the goods stop the screwing around hit em with every gun you have!!!"

CMKX fired the first shot 30 days ago upon announcing Robert Mahue as co-chair of the company. Every quote from him in the pr's are shots being fired because he is backing them up with action. The decisions and efficient action to bring CMKX to reporting compliance along with his words are shots being fired. Each time he has let the opponent rise to his knees thinking they can get up again and another shot is fired taking them down. MM's had only one shot in their barrel left and they used it. However Mr. Mehue was just starting and has more in his arsenal where that came from.

Again, I'm seeing a bigger picture here that may be outside the box, but the contrasts are night and day. Prior to Mr. Mehue what did we see in prior management's use of resources, communication, leadership, actions, honesty and words said and put out in pr's versus the events and action that followed? A company that was not straight with us, who's actions NEVER matched their words and a lack of professionalism and execution in everything I mentioned, and beyond. The list isn't needed I think we can all remember many circumstances, events and pr's that appeared questionable and unprofessional.

However, the important thing to remember is that people that run companies are not the corporation themselves by definition. They make up the leadership but a corporation is an entity on its own and in cases where stock is issued, is owned by the shareholder's.

As we have seen in business history, corporate crime of individuals does not stop the operation of the corporation.

I am not saying leadership prior to Mr. Mehue dealt in illegal activity, but the circumstances of what we have seen and now know with 703,000,000,000 shares being sold into the market from .001 all the way down to .0002, sure made prior leadership and friends one hell of a lot of money. The activity of prior leadership of CMKX can certainly be brought into question of whether illegalities were committed.

Are the MM's innocent here? If they in anyway used illegal trading practices to manipulate trading or the share price, then hell no!

So we as shareholders in good faith placed our money and trust into a company, and all we got was squashed in the middle of a head on train wreck. On one side we were being bombarded with 703,000,000,000 billion shares with very little to show for it, and on the other side was the possibility (most say likelhood) MM's were NSS'ing and cellar boxing us to death. No wonder our heads hurt from this stock sometimes. 'Hey buddy, did you get the number of the 2 trains that just pancaked me?'

I know this goes against a very strong stream of thought, but I see Mr. Mehue as a catalyst (for whatever reason he is there - see my previous posts today) to clean house and take no prisoners. If MM's and prior leadership are flushed as part of that cleaning, so be it. THE COMPANY CMKX has potential. Prior leadership and MM's were leading 50,000 to 80,000 down a slippery slope, and if it would have been allowed to continue, those number may have grown this year with no change in leadership and same lack of results.

Again like I said earlier today, Mr. Mehue is on board for a reason. Whatever that true reason is or what entity asked him to become involved, I haven't a clue but I'm glad he's there.

If you ask me if I believe CMKX has a lot of potential as a company, the answer would be YES.

If you ask me if I prefer Mr. Mehue solely lead this company into the future even if it means ousting prior leadership & bringing MM's into line versus what we saw before, there isn't a ounce of doubt in my body what my answer would be.
