Then why won't Islechem put that in their letter? Islechem said the output was "near diesel", which is not diesel. It is either diesel or it is something else.

Materially false. Islechem knows 100% that JBII makes diesel fuel that can be sold as diesel fuel.

I`ll bet my lungs that you cannot quote the contact info of anybody at Islechem who claims otherwise

The post below says it all. If they had free plastic or a product they could sell, they would have released a PUBLIC STATEMENT stating such. Guess what? They didn't. So it's pretty clear what is going on here.

This is what makes it so clear that something isn't right. Why won't the company issue a press release or an SEC filing saying that they can get free plastic and that their output is so pure it is worthy of being called "near diesel"? The only mention of feedstock in SEC filing was that P2O profitability depends on the price of feedstock "which fluctuates greatly". Doesn't sound free to me.

Any logical person would conclude that if either were true the CEO would make the claim PUBLICALLY so if it is proven UNTRUE he can be held legally accountable. Yet, he has thus far refused to do so. Strange stuff. Then add in the company hired Islechem and they won't publically confirm any this either. Pretty obvious what is going on. Where is Honest John these days?
