Cooler temperatures are on the way for Western Oregon and Southwest Washington. High temperatures will stay in the upper 40s and low 50s. Showers will come through at times. Tonight, increasing clouds late with lows in the low 40s.

A new storm brings steady rain to the area tomorrow morning. The weather looks wet for the rest of the day. Daytime highs will be around 47. Showers continue into Wednesday. However, Veterans Day looks generally dry-- with only scattered showers in the forecast.

Mountain travelers: Today's snow level is between 2500 and 3500 feet. Expect a dusting to 1" on your drive in the mountain passes. However, 3-6" of snow is on the way tomorrow...beginning in the morning and continuing into the afternoon.
