I have already suggested under a 10% chance of Teva prevailing.

I have also argued the philosophical basis for such a ruling.

I really have no interest in guessing which possible theory or theories Barb Jones (who I do not know) will pick to support her decision. Most of the time judges decide who they want to win and then look for the rationale that is most likely to survive appeal.
