From what I have seen so far "Monk" is just another run-of-the-mill stock scammer with a rabid following he can fleece at will.

And many of his followers are STILL dedicated to the idea of his particular "team trading" concept so vehemently, they are willing to permit him to do it again, in spite of the best efforts of many educated traders to help people undertand what they are involved with here.
