I see a company that has it's main focus in the final stages of R&D and transitioning into a production phase. That operation is not expected to turn a profit until it goes into production, is it?
The Pakit operation has just been through a major refit in equipment to modernize it's operations. Many of those costs hit the books last quarter. The equipment has not been in operation long enough to produce offsetting income that shows on the books. That situation will change in the coming months and will show on the Q's.
I don't remember the profitability of the Javaco sub. So I can't comment on that operation.
Seems to me that money has been invested in the company and should be producing returns in the next Q or 2.
