JB may be having problems obtaining his permit, but he is awfully good at one thing: spending other peoples' money. According to his own SEC filings,this guy hasn't turned a profit on anything he's been involved in for years. The last time he actually earned a paycheque was probably when he was working for the government - another entity that just loves to spend your money. Does anyone see the similarities?
