Markman decision is still pending, but likely to be rendered in < 90 days. Correct?

Now that the NVS/MNTA and MYL cases have been merged, my guess is that the Judge won’t issue a separate ruling on the NVS/MNTA Markman hearing, but rather will wait until after the Markman hearing for MYL to issue a claims-construction ruling that applies to all parties. The MYL Markman is scheduled for Jan 2011, so the Judge’s ruling probably won’t occur until the latter portion of 1Q11.

MNTA's roughly 10% royalty rate [in the multiple-generic scenario] would be multiplied against what figure?

The 10% figure would be multiplied by the total Lovenox sales booked by NVS. Regards, Dew
