I am not an expert! That said, I don't know if it will go as low as 3.50... I just picked up some premarket at 3.92. I do really expect it to get into the 3.80s and it might go a lot lower. I've been surprised that it has stayed so high in the pre market.
So, my answer is a very definite...I don't know!
