I don't know what will happen with the t-Lovenox filing. But there have been other cases where generic companies have made claims expecting approval. Akorn and generic Vancocin comes to mind. There were even market rumors that crushed vphm stock about supply being cleared for import, orders taken and ready to ship. A few years have gone by and they're still waiting.
