Cassandra- the massive dilution is a money-grab...

by these new guys. In my opinion, BAC convinced them that if CLDR & MMUH issued massive quantities of stock and gave cash to BAC, that Lovatt and Jenkins would be able to receive an immediate few hundred thousand dollars from the sale of stock. I hope that the SEC shuts down BAC and forces them to disgorge the huge amounts of money that they received, in the form of stock and cash, from both CLDR & MMUH.
