The same kind of massive dilution is happening with David Lovatt's other public company, CLDR.

There is no indication what Lovatt's role with MMUH will now be in today's PR about the promotion of the SVP Danny Jenkins to CEO. Is Lovatt now just Chairman of the BOD or has he resigned altogether? The PR should have stated his new role.

FWIW, it seems by the latest CLDR disclosure that CLDR and Lovatt are likely under investigation by the SEC regarding issuance of unregistered stock illegally sold by Big Apple Consulting (BAC), it's former IR firm (which was already being sued by the SEC in another matter).

Lovatt also used BAC for MMUH. It's possible that the SEC is also looking into stock transactions between MMUH and BAC.

Could this have anything to do with Lovatt's decision to replace himself as CEO of MMUH or why both companies are aggressively diluting?
