Election Day weather looks warm, dry and partly sunny by afternoon. History could be made today- with forecast temperatures tying our existing record high of 68. In fact, highs could reach 70 degrees tomorrow. Portland records show that we have not had a stretch of abnormally warm weather in November for at least 20 years. Overnight lows will drop into the mid 40s tonight.
