Point well taken. I can appreciate you mentioning the issue with the word "partner" vs. "party"- I happen to agree with you.

Remember, no one can change the facts- they are what they are. The problem here is that because the company hides what's really happening, we don't know what they are yet many claim all day long to know what they are in order to mislead people.

Unless the company tell us that Mario is the third party then it's misleading to treat the idea as fact. Surely that offends you as much as someone using the word "partner" instead of "party"...
