Well it clearly was theirs and yes they got a partner to pay up for them... you'll hear much more about that later.

Fact - PYCT lost the suit, PYCT has to pay, PYCT has someone pay their tab for them (since they have no money to speak of), They resorted to a Third Party - which is actually a partner. Can't hide now.
