Well there are a couple of other concerns I can think of out there - just how material they are I'm not sure:

• Puerto Rico tax law change:

• The vaccine case up before the Supreme Court (Merck is quite dependent on vaccines)

• A likely upcoming big settlement on fraudulent promotion of Vioxx
