The people I have spoke to can not give me a reason why tronox is backing out.All I can say is MWR believes in the case and are continuing.The new lawyers are working hard. MWR is paying their lawyers by raising money through private placements.They have done 3-4 pp in the last few months.It is all in the corparate update issued about 2 weeks ago.They also mention Chile so,lots going on for this junior.
