So, lets get the facts out on this one.. where are we sitting at. i think that we may have come out ahead on a settlement maybe, that's why the quick run up in PPS. but what is taking so long, and why hasn't any news been released. a 65 day name change? hmm
a company that has moderate to no volume trades daily and has upticks for the last month with NO NEWS!
