All stocks need various holders which comprise both retail and institutional and a healthy balance of both...heres a good question...if Guard Dog were to go to .05, .10. .15---what would stop it from plummeting back to these levels if a retail holder decided to dump lets say 10 or 20 million shares?....the answer is NOTHING save a VERY large holder or holders sitting at the Bid at higher levels to where 10 or 20 mil at low pennies is pocket change...this stock MUST have liquidity ...and that only comes with VERY large holders supporting the stock
