I've brought this point up many times---The game is in Watsons Court to bring in high networth/institutional/investment firm money....Guard Dog will NOT get to VERY high levels and sustain and grow PPS without it----they need to hold at Least 25% of the OS---and they will hold very long term (5 to 10 years)
