Whatever. I'm not interested in filing a class action suit against Teva. Nor do I have standing to do so. I'm much more interested in the truth of Dew's assertion that this is unretouched Lupenox. How much can you say about your source & it's credibility, Dew? So far, all we have in the public domain is ItalFarmaco's status as the producer of Lupenox whose facilities have been inspected by the FDA in September of 2010. A small amount of circumstantial evidence, at best.
To those who think ItalFarmaco could have marketed here on their own, if approved . . . well, they could have, but it probably made more sense to take a cut than build that kind of infrastructure themselves. Momenta and Amphastar also thought this way.
Anyhow, I would love to see this issue put to Teva management directly next week and see how they dance around it. This might be another time to buttonhole our favorite Teva analysts for this service. It would just be nice to have a little more to go on than the above when it is presented to Ms. Chen or whoever.
