Thanks Kop! Just trying to avoid a really bad situation. I believe I made a good decision long term with GRDO...but if I have to show this kind of loss to my husband come tax time I think he may have a major meltdown...If anything hopefully the PPS will stabilize in a few months and I can avoid that scenario all together
