Silver Falcon Mining Inc. (fka SFMI)

Question for traders. I don't "trade" as a rule for myself but since there seems to be many that frequent here I have a question. With volume so low, how can you make much money with SFMI? It seems that even though the sp goes up/down by good percentages, the volume level would make the effort a real pain for such little gain. Perhaps I'm wrong but curious.
