No less than 5 attorney's have reviewed the documents from 1999 forward and several accountants. All the accusations on this board have turned out to be false and without merit. I have been included looking over the documents and have found them to be mostly in order with some minor issues that needed to be addressed. This board is cluttered with jealousy and a whole lot of lack of knowledge of corporate law and governance.

I would suggest some move on and the ones that insist to spread erroneous information to cease and desist from the extortion attempts, if you think you have action against the former directors than man up and do it stop talking about it. Peace ;^))
