sure he/she is.lol.he/she should be fired letting p/i come into such a dirty shell.....also--converted debt---WHAT DEBT? CCAJ WAS DEBT FREE RIGHT AFTER CORNELL WAS PAID OFF.ITS IN THE FILINGS.ANY DEBT INCURRED AFTER THE CORNELL PAYOFF IS FRAUDULANT AND UNWARRANTED IMO......
