The upshot is that there really isn't much to discuss here at the moment. These are the facts: An intelligent investor, David Tice, does his DD and decides to buy 6 million shares on the open market. A guy like Tice can bring tons of relationships and resources to a company like PNTV.

To me, it is simple, wait and see what develops here in the near term. I am encouraged by the possibilities. Everything else is just noise (and silly speculation) IMO.
