Corp_Buyer--Briefs filed with the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals are not available on Pacer. I think the only way to obtain a copy would be from the Clerk's Office of the Court. You might want to contact the Clerk's Office of the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals about their copying policy. You could ask whether the Clerk's office will make a copy for a fee or whether an individual can obtain the brief at the Clerk's office and then use copying facilities at the Clerk's office to copy the brief.
