Surprised to see so little chatter about today's news PR. First off, this is very important! Not only has GTEL ONCE AGAIN come through on their business plan, but think of the potential revenue that the stored value program could bring once made accessible to a few million subscribers? Wowzers.

On the topic of revenue, the revenue model for most of the programs is pretty straightforward (transaction fees for the money transfer option, etc). But it's the calling card where I am not totally clear. Does GTEL get $$ every time someone accesses the phone network that GTEL has set this up with, or is it a portion of the per minute charge on each call?
