Liquidation(BK) vs a going concern. A good question. And mix in fraudelent conveyance and youhave a real mess for the finacial experts to resolve. My guesstimate of the net worth of WAMU in perpetuity with all of its assats to be minimum 150bil to 250 bil conservatively. This takes into account all of the depositors and the loans in place(only a small portion of the loan portfolio being toxic).

What they would fetch on the open market is anbodys guess.
