Do you know how amazing Susman would sound on paper throughout the legal community if he got pref's an extra 500 million to 1 billion dollars? Seriously, I know not too many (if anyone on these boards including me) would be satisfied but that sounds extremely impressive to say you helped an equity committee get an extra billion during bk. That's why I'm hesitant to say The Great Susman wouldn't have taken this case if.....

Diamond's posts are 100% pump (just like his ffgo posts were) all of which I've read for 2 years starting back when he used to scream 3x damages b/c of RICO (now it's just 2 x damages). Dr. Acharya's (sp?) estimate is great in theory but doesn't take into account how a leveraged banking institution works. Also, it would be difficult for the company to be valued more in bankruptcy than it did at it's peak in early 2007.

I'm not bashing. Those are my reasons why I don't think commons are getting much if anything. Just saying we don't know what we think we do. I sincerely hope commons do get their $16 or $24 and it would really make my day. Whatever you own I hope you do extremely well with. I'm just a skeptic and not planning on becoming a millionaire out of this. Like I said, I sincerely hope you're right and I'm wrong and the only thing that's going to change our opinion is the examiner's report. Good luck.
