Your calculations are correct, provided I have correctly understood what has been previously posted on the board.
Dew's point was that the order of the 50% / 45% doesn't impact the money that goes to MNTA. But you're also correct in that it does impact the size of the reimbursement NVS gets each quarter.

I'll defer to Dew from now on as I don't want to muddy the process with multiple posts. I've only been calculating numbers based on methodology and estimates that I've read on the board.
Exwannabe: I have no dog in the "at which point does NVS get their reimbursement" fight; I only want to know what is the correct answer so we can plan accordingly. However, if I was NVS, I would certainly structure it so that I recovered my expenses sooner rather than later (fiduciary obligation to shareholders and all that).
