Bailey was a good man (and still is). And that is probably why he got fed up with Lanza almost instantly. Lanza is a bane on any company's success because he only operates the company as a pump and Dump. (or recently as primarily a dump)

I have no humble opinions, but I do have opinions and those are what I express in my posts. BUT...I have been wrong before and likely will be wrong again so do your own research and don't blame me if you are too lazy to do so.
