ronning...I don't think it would actually be considered dilution if it's preferred being converted to common. As was pointed out earlier, the number of preferred stock actually decreased. Those shares were already there, they just changed from one type to another. And if the converting party is smart, they will keep those shares out of the float at least until the price is much higher.
