While that is correct as of 6/30/2010, according to the Attorney's letter --- as of 9/30/2010 the OS is now 215,000,000 shares

That's an increase of 160,800,000 shares, which is significant dilution.

Shut down the Pink Sheets for good. Call your congressman, FINRA, SEC, etc. Let your voice be heard so that this SCAM exchange can be shut down
