Monk Email...I confirmed with Jerry that he still owns shares of EIGH. The email he sent today was simply implying that he was not a 10% owner. Conversation over! Quit trying to imply that he no longer owns shares. Thanks

I definitely own shares.. I meant the term of Beneficial ownership in that I do not own the 10% required to file...

I really don't think that was a mystery in any fashion...
