Rinky-Dink is right, SW!

Simply put, AWSL has outgrown this rinky-dink exchange...Its amazing that it was able to come as far as it has on the pinks.

SW, while time and much patience may well justify your indefatigable hype for this “pinky,” at the present time AWSL still has several hurdles to cross before it will be taken seriously and uplisting out of the pink sheets won’t by itself cure the cloud hanging over this stock.

It would be nice to see some compliance with the presentation of credible, timely-filed financial statements; the 2009 audit, of course, and the 2010 interim financials.

IMHO, the book value of the Company’s common stock is negligible (a penny or two, at best) and it may even be negative at this time. The Company needs to commence construction which hopefully will lead to a cash-flow bonanza and generous profits for decades to come.

The continued dilution of net book value only makes it more difficult to rally sustained interest in this penny stock. IMHO, the Company needs to generate ten$ of million$ in revenue$ and earning$ simply to justify its current modest share price. With 45 million shares outstanding the Company needs cumulative after-tax earnings of approximately $45 million to have a net book value of $1 per share – and that’s a point that this Company won’t reach for some time; perhaps never, since the Company can’t seem to get out of the starting blocks… and management's reticence to share the Company's financials adds credence to the notion that all is not well. If I'm wrong, simply show me the Company's "healthy" financial statements.

The dearth of daily trading volume and the stalled PPS indicates that the financial community has taken a wait-and-see attitude toward AWSL. Not even the true-believers on this board appear to have much of an appetite to buy into this unproven start-up's "black box." With daily trading volumes of a few hundred to a couple thousand shares a day, it’s obvious that even the longs need to see the financials and the start of construction before asking for second and third helpings of this pinky.
