with regards to the 3rd party doing the manufacturing for TEVA - i presume that you are behold to your promise to a certain person and this info is not in the public domain?

The quality/capability of this company is such that no sameness can be achieved with Lovenox and this is widely known in the industry? i think one can also speculate that they dont have a presence in the north america market - regulatory submission capabilities
