David Tice just filed a 13-D. Owning over 6 million Shares!

Just Googled Mr. Tice and he is huge! And looks like he has been a major buyer of PNTV.
Also this filing is for over 10%, which basically means that all 6.0 million shares are effectively out of the float. Truly exciting!!
