need no bake cheesecake directions

or, would this work?

Ingredients

1 pound cream cheese, softened
a dozen Equal sweeter packets
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions: In a bowl add everything and mix and eat.
Note:
I can make the day prior and frigerate if it would help.
Also, i could buy a hand mixer if it is needed to mix the stuff.
