Here is my take on it...the company found out that they couldn't legally pay the dividend and, wisely in my opinion, have cancelled it. The PR also said that they are going to use the $40 million windfall to start buying back shares. I expect there is much more to this story and am going to wait for things to unfold. In the meantime, I am buying more
