any reputable investor would desire to know why the company is constantly delaying financials to be reported...and not keep making excuses for why the financials have been delayed.

why ?

financials are a companys fingerprints that the investing community can track the real forensic health and fiscal condition of a company.

why are you avoiding the obvious and only focusing on matters that mean nothing ?
