there is no dividend being paid. this was a scam orchestrated by monk and the ceo. they created a dividend fake to increase the price per share and tell people they needed to hold. during this time frame and the offer of a dividend it kept the share price high enough for Williams, keller and others to dump a large number of shares on the market without the price dropping.

I think many should gather all the facts of this together and along with me alert the SEC to conduct an investigation. i guaratee williams and other key figures made a ton of money off this along with other float lock downs.
he uses these seminars as his cover but behind the scenes i am sure he has scammed a lot of people out of a lot of money.,

anyone stupid enough to think this company is legit or every had any intention to pay a dividend has no chance in investing.
