If the A/S was in fact raised (I don't believe we have factual confirmation as of yet), then they will need much more volume don't you think? I'm not saying they Won't dilute in future - I believe they haven't done it recently. (due to my observation of L2 daily)

It would be in their interest, as many pink companies realize quite cleverly, to do so on a run, and with volume. Hence, the low risk, high reward here. It hasn't started yet.

G**G (another stock most of us know about), also raised their A/S to around 2 billion several weeks before the MASSIVE run started from .0004 to .06. Not saying that % gain will happen here... BUT I urge one to question the timing of events and look at the glass half full, so to speak.
