I've watched L2 on POPN daily. There is just as much to be gleaned from L2 as charts.

I don't believe it was dilution. As I mentioned before, I believe there were LARGER retail shareholders who didn't get the run they wanted from a couple weeks back (it didn't break the levels it needed), and who probably dumped at the bid for cash, IMHO.
