IF it is dilution, why is there no volume dumping on the bid at the moment... There are plenty of bid-sitters that could "absorb" as you say.

Volume and L2 do not indicate dilution imo.

OR...it is simple dilution and there simply isn't enough demand to absorb those typical 9 million share blocks.
