I would argue it was impatient or frustrated retailers. Dilution tends to be much more brutal than the dumps we saw.. involving more of the 9million share blocks. We mostly saw smaller blocks of random sizes go through. Also if it was dilution, I believe we would be at .0003s at this point.
News came out about a month ago where many bought in expecting a PR by now - I suspect that there were a couple larger holders who dumped for cash and wanted to move on because a run hasn't happened as quickly as they expected.
